Three blocks away from 10U is the thriving R Street Corridor, where more options for markets, food, and entertainment await. 10U residents are also within reach of the new Golden 1 Center for major sporting events.
Southside Park has long been a vibrant and diverse part of Sacramento. The center of the city’s creative district, the neighborhood features multiple art studios, including Beatnik Studios, Warehouse Artist Lofts, and the Verge Center for the Arts. The 10U project is part of an ongoing effort to maintain and enhance Southside Park’s history of art and cultural diversity.
